We have secured an amazing facility for our event! This hotel is right on the Arkansas River in downtown Wichita, hosts many conventions, is modern with many amenities along with good mid-west hospitality! 

FREE parking in a covered garage attached to the hotel is included with our room rates! That's $15/night we have negotiated off the rate for you! For those not staying at the Hyatt, we have worked out a 50% discount for your daily parking. There are no free lots in the immediate vicinity. 

For those who are needing WiFi Access, there is wifi available throughout the hotel including all guest rooms, lobby, restaurant, outdoor terrace along the river, and our convention hall.
